WHAT TO EXPECT

1. SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

Setting an appointment is as easy as it gets, this is because we work for you…. not the other way around. We will work around your teams schedule and hours of operation to ensure that our service is provided at an optimal time resulting in minimal disruption to your business.

And you don’t have to mark your calendar, because we use a state-of-the-art proprietary scheduling software that will prompt our team to call you when your service is due. Of course, you can always call and speak with a Customer Service team member at 800-000-000 to schedule service whenever you like.

2. CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT AND SERVICES

The day of your scheduled service, a team member will contact you as a friendly reminder of our service arrival time and expected cleaning duration. At this time we will go over the logistics of the scheduled cleaning, such as how roof top access is gained, alarm codes, and key instructions if any to make sure that the process goes smooth.

We will also confirm our scheduled service with any property management companies or security personal as well as provide certificates of insurance to the appropriate outlets for you so that you can focus on running your business!

3. THE KITCHEN EXHAUST
CLEANING SERVICE

Our trained technicians will follow a proprietary cleaning process using industrial foamer’s and state-of-the-art cleaning equipment to ensure that your Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning service is pursuant to NFPA 96 standards. Your kitchen equipment will be protected from the large amounts of flammable grease and carbon removed from the exhaust system by the use of industrial plastic cover wrap.

Our service includes a top to bottom cleaning, which includes the hood plenum, upper and lower filter tracks, filters, all accessible ductwork, rooftop fans including the bowls and blades as well as the roof surface itself. This thorough cleaning will be documented by performance pictures of all critical components of the exhaust system before and after the service is provided. These pictures will be available in real time through your customer login portal or on your invoice and the pictures will be saved internally should you ever need them in the future. Any and all deficiencies or areas of concern will be documented on your service report that is both left on site and attached to your invoice.

4. Completion

Upon completion of the service it is our goal and promise to not only leave your exhaust system free of flammable material and code compliant, but also to leave the kitchen area in as good or better condition than when we arrived.

A team member will either call or stop by the day after the cleaning is completed to make sure you were entirely satisfied with our service and to go over findings that may be present on your inspection report. Based on your preference, Invoices and Inspection Reports can either be emailed, mailed, or faxed. Then we when your system is due again for service, we will call you and repeat the process!
